New League Documents

Three new files have been added in the Documents Section - Advice and Guidance on the Registration Process, Advice and Guidance to Club Secretaries, Advice and Guidance to Team Managers.

 

PLEASE NOTE...

Trevor Selby (The Under 14 and Under 16 League Secretary) is away next weekend from Friday 1st to Tuesday 5th March 2013.
Please contact him on (01202) 718224 only during this period, to report results of fixtures and any problems or issues that may arise - he will deal with any of these upon his return.

 

Reminder to all clubs

All existing Charter Standard Clubs are reminded that their Charter Standard Health Checks sent to them in October 2012 should be returned to Andrew Battison at the DCFA Headquarters at Hamworthy by the end of March in order to retain their CS

 

Dorset Coach Education programme for 2013

It is hoped that this 12-month programme will help you plan which courses/CPD you would like to attend and when.

Please note that the McDonalds funded courses which are available to Charter Standard clubs will not appear on the website and will be sent out shortly to all Charter Standard clubs.



We would greatly appreciate if you could publicise this to your member Clubs and possibly put a link onto your website for this.

Do you have any used footballs ?

Sonja Warr, is a trustee of a local charity www.myraswells.co.uk and they are sending a container in August to Burkina Faso in Africa. She also supports a charity there www.word-hope.org which is involved with the education of children from the poor villages in the area. She would like to send some footballs, and wondered if any club might have some used ones and maybe even some football kit.

Team Registrations for 2012/13 Season

All Teams are reminded that a minimum number of players need to be registered by Sunday 15th July 2012 - ten players for Under 11 (9v9) and twelve players for Under 12 - 16 (11v11).

 

9v9 and 11v11 2012-2013 Entry Forms

Following the clubs currently participating in the Dorset Youth Football League wishes we will be running a competitive under 11s 9v9s league next season 2012/2013.
If enough teams wish to participate at 11v 11 we will accommodate those wishes too.
Closing date for ALL entries / applications is MAY 1st 2012.
We welcome applications from new teams / clubs, and will support you in any way we can .

Entry forms can be downloaded from the DOCUMENTS section of this website or requested from Mr Gary Childs General League Secretary (Gary's details are on the contacts page)
