With immediate affect swanage town & herston under 13`s have withdrawn from the league, would all u13 division 2 teams now treat thier fixture with swanage as a bye

 

IMPORTANT County cup rule change

Please be advised that this season the rules for the county cup competition have changed. there will no longer be any REPLAYS. ALL MATCHES HAVE TO BE DECIDED ON THE DAY OF PLAY. IF SCORES ARE LEVEL AT THE END OF NORMAL TIME THEN EXTRA TIME WILL BE PLAYED AND THEN PENALTYS IF NEEDED

 

REGISTRATIONS

please remember that the deadline for registering new players is midnight sunday,then the player will be eligable to play the following sunday (7 clear days). if you submit the card on a monday the player will not be able to play untill the week after.

untill you have a card for the player he is not allowed to play.

Stamped addressed envolopes must be included with the player registration card or your card will not be returned

 

Contacting the General Secretary

Please be advised that the ONLY recognised person who may contact the General Secretary is your CLUB SECRETARY. The General Secretary will NOT respond to correspondence, emails, answer machine messages from Treasurers, Chairmen, Managers or parents.

 

Appealing fines

If you do not agree with any fines you have received, the correct way to lodge an appeal is to write to DCFA Ltd enclosing a cheque for £50, under rule 16B, along with your reasons for appeal. Please make sure you send a copy of your appeal to the General Secretary as well.

This is the only way in which a fine can be overturned - ringing the General Secretary or Chairman to complain will not get the fine overturned.

 

AGM 2008/2009 season

Please be provisionally advised that the AGM for the 08/09 season will be held on 13th July at Dorchester Town FC (venue subject to change)
